TrueVisions NOW boosts streaming visibility with Bitmovin

TrueVisions NOW partners with Bitmovin to unlock real-time, granular video analytics, enhancing streaming performance, user insight and service quality across devices at scale

Bitmovin has announced that TrueVisions NOW, part of the TrueVisions Group, is using its Observability solution to deliver real-time video analytics at scale across supported platforms and devices, from smartphones and tablets to smart TVs and TrueID set-top boxes (STBs).

TrueVisions NOW is a comprehensive streaming platform bringing together more than 2,500 programs from Thailand and around the world. It offers a mix of original content, entertainment and exclusive live sports, with over 41,000 hours available in one place.

The integration gives TrueVisions NOW granular visibility into content, device and user-level engagement on a real-time basis. Deep integration into TrueVisions’ purpose-built, in-house data warehouse enables large volumes of analytics data to be processed and stored efficiently.

This provides maximum insight into TrueVisions NOW’s video playback with lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Close collaboration between TrueVisions’ and Bitmovin’s engineering teams made the data warehouse integration possible at scale.

“TrueVisions NOW is committed to delivering a premium viewing experience, and to do this, it needs the ability to access real-time insights into how streams are playing,” says Soothi Na-Ranong, TrueVisions Group.

Na-Ranong added that Bitmovin’s Observability stood out because standard analytics platforms do not provide the same depth of video-specific insight. “Integration of the solution into our own data warehouse has also been a strong result.”

“Since its launch, TrueVisions NOW has worked to continuously expand its offering and reach, and enhance service quality,” says Ian Baglow, co-CEO, Bitmovin.

“With Bitmovin’s Observability, TrueVisions NOW is able to access deep session-level insights that were previously hidden, alongside advanced error debugging, as well as alerts and monetisation telemetry,” says Baglow. “This is enabling it to identify and resolve issues quickly so it can deliver the highest-quality service to its viewers.”

Bitmovin will be attending Sportel Asia in Singapore from 24-25th March 2026.
